I have an idea for a game called City Wide Note Passing. See I write a note, then I pass it to the first I see on the street in the morning, then they pass it to the second person that they see, and so on and so on. Each time someone gets it they rip off a tab with a lottery number in it. The last person to get the note (when there are no more tabs) opens it up and reads the number. If you have the number, you win a medium frozen yogurt with three toppings.
